Return Policy

Thank you for shopping with Strange Bird Creations! We strive to provide you with the best possible shopping experience. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help with our hassle-free return policy.

Returns Accepted for 14 Days:
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. If 14 days have passed since your purchase was delivered, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

Customer Provides Return Shipping:
Please note that the customer is responsible for covering the return shipping costs unless the return is due to a mistake on our part or a defective item.

No Restocking Fee:
We believe in fair and transparent pricing. Therefore, we do not charge any restocking fees for returns.

Final Sale Items Cannot Be Returned:
Please be aware that final sale items are non-returnable. These items are marked as final sale at the time of purchase and cannot be exchanged or refunded unless they are received in a defective or damaged condition.

Conditions for Return:
For a return to be accepted, the following conditions must be met:
  • All return clothing and products must be in their original condition, unworn, and unused.
  • Items must be returned with their original tags and packaging intact.
  • Any items that show signs of wear, damage (damage caused during shipping and/or errors in production not included), alteration, or misuse will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
How to Initiate a Return:
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service at CustomerService@strangebirdcreations.com with your order number and details about the item(s) you wish to return. We will provide you with further instructions on how to proceed with your return.

Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item(s). We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
Exchanges:
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please contact our customer service team to arrange for an exchange. Exchanges are subject to availability.
